Register for the Redbery Writers Retreat or join us for both the Retreat and the Conference.

The Northwoods Children's Book Conference takes place on Thursday and Friday before the Writing Retreat with keynote speaker Joyce Sidman and faculty Eva Apelqvist, Avi, Judy Geck, David LaRochelle, Merri V. Lindgren, Nancy Michael, Ann Rider, Megan Schliesmann, Melissa Stewart, and Susan Thurn. Please see northwoodsbooks.org for more details about the Conference.

REGISTER ONLINE

There are two steps to registration:

ONE: Register online, using your credit card, by clicking on the "Pay Now" button that pertains to your registration choice.

Once you're in the PayPal system, you need not log in to PayPal. Instead, click on "Continue" (circled in orange below) to pay by credit card.

TWO: Please send us an e-mail giving us your name, postal address, preferred e-mail address, and the type of writing project on which you're currently working.

Writing Retreat ONLY, Sept 23, 5:30 pm, to Sept 25, 2:30 pm. $425 (includes meals). Must register before September 10th.
Conference AND Writing Retreat, Sept 23 to Sept 25. $570 (includes meals). Must register before September 10th.

$80 meal allowance at the Flat Creek Eatery (a full-service restaurant within the hotel, open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm) is included in your Redbery Writers’ Retreat registration fee.

REGISTER BY MAIL (make checks payable to NCBC):

Register by postal mail by downloading the Retreat Registration form and sending payment by check or your credit card information.
